REGULAR SHIPPING INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in Eat To Grow and our Products. Eat To Grow can ship to anywhere in the Continental United States, but unfortunately, we are unable ship to Hawaii or Alaska as Fed Ex cannot guarantee that the product will arrive frozen.
For shipments in the Continental United States, we charge flat rates based on weights up to 40lbs. If your products weigh more than 40lbs., we call you to let you know the best shipping price available. We want to get our orders to you as cheaply as possibly and will work directly with you to find the best rates.

6 lbs. of Products = $22.95 for shipping
10 lbs. of Products = $24.95 for shipping
20 lbs. of Products = $34.95 for shipping
30 lbs. of Products = $36.95 for shipping
40 lbs. of Products = $39.95 for shipping
Delivering your performance foods to your door is our priority! Therefore, please make sure that the address you provide is correct. We cannot guarantee deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Most of Eat To Grow's product line is perishable and requires special handling. Our normal shipping days are Monday thru Wednesday. Orders received Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday unless you request otherwise. Processing of orders may take 3 - 5 business days, depending on availability of products, however, most orders are shipped the following day. Weather and major holidays may change delivery availability. Since many of our products are subject to weather conditions all orders are subject to availability of product.
All orders are shipped signature release - No signature is required unless you live in a multi-unit building, then a signature will be required. This means, if no one is there to receive the order from our carrier the driver will leave the order at your door. This signifies acceptance of the order the same as a signature. We recommend that someone be there within the designated time frame to accept the order and properly refrigerate it (although product will stay frozen after delivery for up to 8 hours). We will e-mail you the carrier tracking number when your order is shipped which will allow you to monitor the delivery of your order.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable will be delivered via UPS. We also offer a personal gift card free of charge.

Eat To Grow strives to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. When your order leaves our facility it is packed with more than enough refrigerant to prevent spoilage. However if you receive your order and it is damaged or spoiled due to shipping, call Eat To Grow so we can contact the shipping company.
